SALES AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of this adoption and has had at least a 5 way inoculation which includes distemper, parvo, hepatitis, adenovirus. The customer has a health guarantee extending to 5 days from the date of purchase in which to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian for confirmation of the health of the animal and the customer is urged to do so. General health does not include parasites (demodex) and worms.
The seller assumes no responsibility for the dog after leaving sellers premises including, but not limited to medical expenses, accidents, improper nutrition (food & treats), Vaccination reactions and conflicts with family or other animals or for any other reason.
It is further understood and agreed that no warranties or representation of any nature or sort have been made with respect to the sold animal, except as to those contained in this agreement. All animals are sold as pet and companion. There is no guarantee that the pup will be suitable for breeding when it reaches maturity or that it is of show quality.
Ø I will feed the dog quality brand dog food all of its life as well as keeping the inoculations and worming current. I assume the responsibility to properly train this puppy to facilitate a healthy and good natured dog. Ø I understand that puppy accidents can happen by not properly providing a safe environment. Dropping, slippery surfaces or jumping from high places can lead to permanent conditions at an early age before bone growth is completed at adulthood and will make the guarantee null and void.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
IN NO EVENT SHALL BURZS BE RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND ANY FEES TO CUSTOMER AND THE EXTENT OF LIABILITY SHALL BE TO REPLACE THE ANIMAL IN QUESTION should a genetic illness be found within the guarantee period. Stipulation of this guarantee requires that we must receive a Veterinarian Report from the examining Vet offering as evidence the dogs illness, along with the original signed guarantee and registration paper before a replacement puppy of equal or better quality can be replaced. Burz’s has the right to get a second opinion to verify the condition of the dog. This guarantee applies to this dog purchased and is not transferable. NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN IF THE DOG HAS BEEN SPAYED OR NEUTERED. OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MEDICAL AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS.
